The management and owner of the hotel is damn insupportive and not ethical. We by mistake booked for the previous day by making full payment and immediately after booking we go to know this and called the hotel to postpone the same for a day as we will reach only next day and was also ready to pay differential if any. But hotel owner didnt agree and forfeited our whole money booked. Not at all considerate and dont give value for hard earned money by others. This is extremely non co operative and ungelful residing a holy places as Haridwar

Lovely place to stay in , it's near a temple near Ganesh ghat , very clean and sleek rooms ,you can also book ganga view rooms here.The staffs are very hospitable.Food is amazing as well. It has ample of parking space.Definitely will recommend

They called Premium room , but the rooms were filled with small cockroaches you can see many of the in the night times after you turn your lights off . Day time you can notice one or two when the room is quiet . Working Staff's are humble .

We recently visited haridwar and i would rate this hotel 5 star cause of their service initially there were few issues in the room but they addressed all the issues nicely, food was good, hotel is in budget and also the location is also good very near from har ki Pauri we enjoyed our stay, room service was also good I would recommend this hotel to any tourist if you are looking for hotel in budget and also near and clean room with best service thanks.

I stayed here for two days and didn't have such a good experience. To begin with the management only provides two small bottles of water that is complimentary.. Other than that one has to pay even for water. The telecom in my room was not working and the management did nothing to fix it even after being told. The fan of the room was black with dirt and toiletries and other amenities weren't provided.

Food is Awesome, View is fine from where i stay, near by Ganges River... awesome. Service is really good and the main room to rest is really great.

Good nice hotel to stay near har ki podi, located at ganesh ghat, enjoying ghat snan.. quite place with good parking options. This is our second visit to this hotel after 2 years and still is good option in haridwar.. must try if in haridwar! Staff is nice and friendly.
